Responsible for providing monthly reports for the Petrochemical division, using data stored in our SAP R/3 systems. Part of a report digitalization team which focused on automating and improving existing reports (using SQL, Excel and PowerBI). Volunteered for the role of PowerBI coordinator. This role requires disseminating information and fostering learning about the platform to a team of 30 reporting specialists.

Managed the customer care aspect of a large account in the hospitality industry (+1000 hotels). I was responsible for the relationship with our corporate clients which included gathering data, reporting and managing the communication between both companies. This involved finding solutions to complex issues with networking and providing reports.

Managed a portfolio of more than 200 hotels, where I was responsible to act on complaints and client retention. Understanding technical problems and translating them to non-technical people. and using the technical resources of the company to resolve the problems.

Sold home appliances in an informative manner to customers at an electronics store. Provided after sales support and was responsible to maintain a customer list and review competitor offers.

I learned about relational databases, statistical analysis, and dash boarding. Practiced implementing dashboards and reports using PowerBI, Tableau, Excel and the Microsoft SQL Server reporting package.
