• Manage the end-to-end process from the initial ideation phase through completion. • Define roadmap along with Product Managers for Group Risk division covering KYC, CDD, AML, SAR, Financial Crime, and Regulatory Reporting. Also, for Consumer Digital 2nd charge mortgage products in the UK. • Understand business process & business requirements of the customers and translating them to backlog. • Prepare and participate in release planning, contribute to program increment planning, program backlog refinement.

• Responsible for defining and modeling the current state (as-is) and future state (to-be) processes and data flows, using the Bank’s chosen BPM tools aligned to the proposed architecture, and frameworks (includes LoBs, and functions). • Leading the Pega DCO sessions to create application profile identifying actors, objectives, work types, use cases, rules, and documented atomic use cases for userprofile/search/edit/reports. • Facilitate training to end users on changed processes and applications releases.

• Modelling business scenarios in ARIS Business Designer tool and incorporate new changes to the business processes. • Support the different business portfolios in maintaining their Business architecture up to date and maintain the business models in Aris Business Architect 7x. • Prepare the Project Requirements Document for new proposals, change requests for all the subsidiaries of Hypo Group. • Responsible for defining and modelling the current state (as-is) and future state (to-be) processes, data flows.
