− Planning and executing project deliverables and working with business to understand requirements. − Creating new workflows for rate creations of new customers/clients setup. − Worked with major banks, retail chains in for setting up their Forex units in EuropeMarket. − Worked with various clients for store and partner setup. − Planning and executing BCP activities, migration activities. − Ensured end to end delivery of Forex sites and transaction processing.

− Working with clients in order to trouble shoot issues via phone and email. − Identifying any defects/bugs which clients are facing and escalate to management and also taking them to development teams. − Helping clients to setup new environments. − Ensuring connectivity between multiple vendor systems. − Involved in manual testing of configuration and user’s applications at hospitals. − Working with Implementation teams and ensuring that all the clients’ requirements are fulfilled.

− To ensure continuous availability of the LLU BMR application − Handling day-to-day issues, ad-hoc requests and client requests. − Frequently used SQL queries at the backend for data verification. − Checking the database logs for incomplete/pending and tasks. − Schedule and running the database procedures to generate reports. − Responsible for deploying changes in live server.
