- To define and manage planning parameters & inventory policies for current SKUs, relaunches and new launches. - To ensure a continuous supply across Western Europe with optimized service levels and reduced stock value. - To keep a punctual communication and steer international suppliers and San Marino internal plant – detailed production planning and scheduling. - Rough cut capacity planning (constrained plan). - To (re-)define supply network in order to improve the process efficiency.

- To manage forecast together with Demand planning and define the optimal stock level in storage considering production constraints and demand variations. - To send new purchase orders to Guaber suppliers based upon agreed lead time. - To maintain strong working relationships and communications directly with the suppliers to confirm production/shipping schedules and monitor open purchase orders for all orders to ensure on-time deliveries.

- To manage the implementation on Guaber’s products of the new CLP European Union regulation. - To update Guaber’s products database (technical specs and artwork) and Guaber’s price lists.

- To organize court reservations and managed communication with potential members.
