I have acquired proficiency in the fundamental principles of software development and the utilization of diagrammatic tools for software design. Furthermore, I learned Java and significantly enhanced my expertise in object-oriented programming. Also I get familiar with various UML diagrams and object-oriented analysis techniques, diverse software design patterns, their application, and the practical utilization of these concepts in the design and development of a software.

In an open-source project with a team, we designed software and processes for a sorting machine. My role in this team was to deploy a fast classification and detection algorithm based on convolutional neural networks. These experiences make me an perfect fit for developing and validating AI-based image analysis methods. Also I learn and apply requirement engineering technique to design the software.

In this master program, the focus of my studies was on applications of optical technologies in medicine. In my master thesis, I exercised machine learning techniques in medical image classification. The images belonged to the mice with acute colitis. We tried to classify the healthy cases from unhealthy with a deep learning algorithm.

I studied advance topics in optics and laser and in my master thesis I developed a measurement device to measure the 3D profile of surface in micrometer dimension. During this project, I did image processing and work with optical instruments to develop my experimental setup.
