- Leading a product development team of 9 members (4 fullstack developers, 3 site reliability engineers and 2 product designers) - Establish weekly service status review meetings with key stakeholders (business and service provider). - Organized and facilitated planning, daily stand-up meetings, retrospectives. - Performance and talent review management: help on objective setting, regular 1:1 discussions, year end reviews. - Conduct recruitment interviews and hiring for the teams.

- Member of a team responsible for developing customised solutions for various banks and consumer credit institutions. - Frontend and backend development with the following stack: Java, SQL, Spring Framework. - Responsible for the CI/CD process of the frontend team and the Jenkins platform. - Support an android application developing new features and fixing issues.

- Develop specific sms flow mechanics software in order to integrate partners and operators to provide the ability to create subscription clubs. - Responsible for developing new features and bug fixing for an internal core product ECP (Error Code Processor). This product allow to react to operator error without the need of further development.

Worked as a consultant for one of the biggest telecommunication company in Portugal: - Implemented applications for the STB (Set-top box) with Java TV. - Developed web services using ASP.NET to support STB applications. - Worked to support external projects developed by external providers (tasks included code review and training).
