TripAdvisor offers trusted advice from real travelers and a wide variety of travel choices and planning features (including Flights search, TripAdvisor Mobile and TripAdvisor Trip Friends) with seamless links to booking tools.

I was responsible for acquisition of new customers and optimization of sales channels through SEM/SEO, SMM, vertical search, affiliate marketing and media cooperation. I was in charge of the external customer communication and CRM which included weekly newsletters, press releases and website updates. In September 2009, I supported the launch of the Spanish site through an extensive market sizing, brand positioning, and value proposition. I translated the web page from German and English into Spanish

Created news and articles for internal purpose; managed Intranet content and design; adapted documents and marketing materials to make it consistent with corporate identity standards. Developed a new internal corporate design for the “Insurance business line” working closely with the marketing department. Researched competitors market and key performance indicators in order to create an informative internal Market Analysis Manual

Coordinated international business congresses, international fairs and government events. Provided translation services in four languages (English, Italian, Spanish, German)

Provided road assistance to international customers with car technical failures and involved in accidents. Provided support in Spanish, English, German and Italian
