Trade Marketing (main contact for sales partners, support for all sales-related marketing measures e.g. marketing documents and campaigns); Preparation of marketing documents, texts and presentation materials in German and English; Conception and dispatch of group-wide newsletters; Content management on the intranet and the cross-national website; Conception and implementation of a group-wide Powerpoint Master; Office management (invoice control, flight and hotel bookings, appointment coordination)

Responsibility for the entire reception area; Communication with business partners in German and English; Coordination and preparation of meetings; Cooperation with various specialist departments and support for corporate projects
