I currently recruit for permanent hires across the EARC region (Europe, Africa and Russia Caspian).

I was based on site at Barclays in Coventry, working as part of their Resourcing delivery team. My role involved recruiting for positions within the Advocacy side of the business, principally Complaints, Private Wealth and Investment Management positions. During my time with Barclays, I was primarily involved with the Wealth and Investment Management area of the business, working on high level, high visibility roles and projects for an area that is new to the AMS Resourcing Delivery model.

I was promoted to Senior Recruiting Specialist in 2014, specialising in senior level positions across the UK, Continental Europe and Norway geomarkets. I also took a lead role in a project to recruit 37 senior level female hires across the business. This part of my role involved devising and rolling out of sourcing initiatives, talent pooling and pipeline projects, and attending female centric conferences and events.

I joined the Baker Hughes Talent Acquisition - Centre of Excellence team as a Recruiter, specializing in sourcing and recruitment of staff within the oilfield service industry across all of Baker Hughes' product lines. Responsible for hires across the UK & Europe Geomarkets. I also acted as the Product Line Champion for our Process and Pipeline Services division, and project managed a high visibility sourcing project for this area of the business.

I joined Morson International in June 2008 as a Recruitment Consultant, working primarily on contract and permanent vacancies for a large Master-Vendor account. In July 2010 I was promoted to Regional Account Manager for this account, handling recruitment for a number of sites across the UK. This involved extensive client contact, managing of the supply chain (2nd tier agencies) and weekly site visits.

I trained as a Recruitment Consultant, working on new business development and handling a dedicated Aerospace Manufacturing desk (permanent and contract roles).
