Area of competence: design and implementation of the HR strategy, HR operating model, analysis and design of HR models and processes (BPR), HR transformation initiatives. Involvement in business and offering development activities, management of the daily relationship with clients, supervisioning the project team.

HR analyst at Globe Project. As part of the Italian HR team, I was involved in the analysis of As Is HR processes and in their reengineering, according to the Globe HR template. The project also required some more technical activities regarding functional changes to standard SAP solution and their testing. I was also part of the Training team involved in planning training activities, preparing training material and supporting end users after the go live.
