Hiring new staff I reorganized the company.I created a HSK & MNT Team & optimized reception.With IT personal I created a software that provided a basis for control and organization of HSK & MNT.So I handle daily HSK tasks.The implementation of procedures,stocktaking & controlling of staff are the results of my work.Also I realized projects which improved the quality of product towards clients & of work for staff.The management of new apartments,insurances & communication with owners also belong to my tasks.

Working in shifts, organizing and coordinating the housekeeping staff of the hotel to provide an extraordinary luxury service to our clients. Supervision of highest cleaning standards, managing of lost items and anticipating guest wishes were the main tasks in this job.
