- Organisation, execution and analysis of qualitative and quantitative UX studies in different product development phases - Establishment, implementation and analysis of a regular, extensive satisfaction survey amongst B2B customers - Survey programming with the help of tools like Rogator and EasyFeedback - Research participant recruiting and date coordination - Autonomous optimization of the invite and recruiting process for user tests
