- Manage multiple projects (API boost program in Orange MEA affiliates) to standardize APIs(according to TMF standard)and the exposure of it in the orange API Gateway platform based on APIGEE - Establish and Follow the roadmap of API design, development and exposure and ensure the relationship with api consumers and api providers (intersec, GFI,ZTE, etc...) - Build and Organize the API factory team & activity in Tunisia :design, architecture, audit - Follow KPIs for tasks achievement and team efficiency.

- Manage B2C projects of an erecharge & VAS platform within MEA Orange affiliates. - Lead and coordinate with cross-functional teams: marketing, design, architecture, development,deployment and operation teams - Follow up the relationship with business partners. - Provide consultancy and remote or on-site project expertise in each deployment phase including UAT management and training in orange affiliates - Guarantee the smooth running of production operations. - Release Management process owner

- Improve the QOS of an recharge service platform : improve supplier deliveries, tracking of defects and bugs,contract support items and monitor/update the KPIs - Capitalize on production incidents and suggest actions for continuous enhancement plan - Lead the Software Qualification activity: introduce the use of HP QC ,daset robot monitoring, code audit through sonarQube - Capacity management:update the platform capacity to the real traffic need - Coordinate the level 3 support

- Manage set top box projects for Europe & South America customers: Freesat, Freeview, Canal+, NCPlus,NTVPlus,Chorus,Boxer - Lead and coordinate with different internal and external teams: software, hardware, logistics and marketing - Technical interface and SPOC with the customer and management of third party suppliers (software suppliers: soft@home opera, pixsan, hardware: STMicroelectronics... and certification companies: viaccess, nagra, dtg, bbc, etc) - Factory Support - Process improvement
