Successfully managed 6 full NPD life cycles of Plastic trims for Stellantis Excellent in New Design and Development of trims components of vehicle from styling data to manufacturing in plant Created A0 sections, class A/B/C surfaces, Style feedbacks for Design ,cost & diversity reduction Creation of DFMEA, DVP, and DFM documents, ensuring manufacturability&compliance with OEM standards. Handled ECR & ECO releases, BOM management & Product change implementations during mid-development stages at the plant

Designed and developed plastic interior trim parts for global OEMs with strict styling, functional, and safety requirements. Generated manufacturing-ready CAD models and 2D drawings in CATIA V5, ensuring accuracy for tooling and downstream processes. Collaborated with manufacturing engineers to propose design-for-manufacturing solutions, reducing tool changes Coordinated with international clients and teams, ensuring design intent was met during each stage of the product development cycle.

Worked in creation of class A model, & generating CAS model’s from new sketches Developed wheel arch cladding, map pocket, and seat handrest for Renault Kwid prototypes, considering functional, packaging, and styling requirements. Created detailed assembly and manufacturing drawings for supplier release, ensuring smooth prototype build. Remastered legacy CAD models & Class A models to establish parametric control, improving design reusability and reducing engineering change effort.
