Saskia Bender

With a landing role in Art Direction at VML, guiding the creative and visual experience of brand stories, I am combining my accademic knowledge of film and media and previous professional experiences with my sense for aesthetic and artistic crafting.

Diving deeper into constructing compelling brand narratives, the rotation within the Strategy team of VML allowed me to strategically target audiences and their needs based on fundamental research and scientific findings.

Relationships between customers and brands are established and shaped by their experiences. Experiences that allow people to get a taste of or dive into brand worlds. My rotation in the VML Experience team allowed me to help create, construct and design such experiences, whilst mapping customer thoughts, impressions and feelings - creating people-centered engaging brand stories.

Curation and selection of screenplays and pitch concepts, compilation of the Jurys and organisation / realisation and moderation of the according events and the screenwriter panel. As its own piece of art Schreibsüchte is all about innovative ideas brought to life by outstanding writing and narrative skills. Innovative stories that are brought to form through precise narrative craft have the chance to win the award Best Screenplay or Best Pitch.
