Tasked with finding leads in potential companies (B2B) based on Mendix’s established target personas. Tools used: DiscoverOrg, DataLoader, LinkedIn Navigator, LeadIQ, etc. As of January 2018 Head CIA, with responsibilities such as: managing the CIAs’ tasks; daily meetings with BDRs to establish customer priorities; holding monthly meetings with the Head of BDRs on my team’s performance; or discussing with the sales team different CIA projects. Mendix has recently been bought by Siemens.

Representing each trimester a new course with another SR, our responsibilities included: collect feedback and discuss the main results with the course’s coordination; resolve course-related difficulties; and write a report with suggestions for the course’s improvement. As SR I was fortunate enough to represent courses such as Organizational Behavior; Strategic Business Plan; Leadership, Sustainability and Governance; Cross Cultural Management; Business Information Management; and Supply Chain Management

During my time as an author I wrote summaries for both the Business Information Management and Supply Chain Management courses

While mentoring 21 IBA students, I designed and held workshops for them; met them one-on-one to provide them with more personally relevant advice; and served as emergency contact in various situations. Also, following a one week on-boarding training, I met every two weeks with the other mentors and a qualified trainer to develop our interpersonal and leadership skills.

While organizing a trip for 60 students to Berlin, as the commissioner I had the additional responsibility of meeting RSM SR’s leadership to update them on the planning-progress and to negotiate potential budget changes.

For one month I spend my internship at the Spa and Pool reception of the Cliff Bay working as a receptionist. Here I learned a lot, especially about teamwork, having a supervisor and how the working world is arranged and works.

For three summers, I assisted the goldsmith in any area where my help was needed.

During the second stage of my Double Degree, I specialise in areas of Marketing (e.g. Consumer Psychology in Retailing, Digital & Interactive Marketing, and Participatory Digital Media). Also, I successfully completed 3 applied research projects together with Continental AG and B. Braun Medical AG. Furthermore, I work on extending my first master’s thesis, by using other product groups and quantitative analyses methods.

During the first part of my Double Degree, I developed my skills in Business Information Management (e.g. Information Strategy; Business Architecture & Transformation; Big Data Management & Analytics; Designing Business Applications; Big Data and Business Analytics) and specialised in Consumer Centric Digital Commerce and User Experience Design. My master thesis tackled the research question “How personalised colour palettes affect an online buyer’s buying intentions“.

After being granted a scholarship by the Assist Inc organization, I was selected to go for one year to the Maumee Valley Country Day School as a sophomore.
