Offshore Swiss order Room Settlements is a 20 FTE team responsible for Pre and Post Settlement activities for Equities, Fixed Income & Structured products. Perform Prematching activities, Settlement date activities, Position management, Fails and Buy-in management, Cash & Stock Reconciliation and Custodial services. Custody Client services team, a team of 6 FTE is a dedicated client services team was formed as a specific query management layer to shield internal & external client queries.

Successfully migrated international Euroclear settlements dealing with Fixed Income products & FX process from USA to India in the year 2012 Responsible for clearance and settlement of all the trades booked by front office desk with underlying as fixed income product majorly bonds to settle on Euroclear markets. book FX trades, fund custody accounts, reconciliation , investigate and resolve cash breaks.

Primary responsibility is to ensure timely settlement of trades and manage risk effectively. This involves direct interaction with clients, prime brokers, front office, middle office, agents and custodians. Prematching of critical trades on S-1 to avoid high MTM risk. Analyse the root cause of failing trades, update comments regularly, liaise with counterparty for matching and settlement. Amend and update the static data SSIs as per the client’s instructions.

Deal with Wire transfer investigations for all EMEA branches of Bank of America. Research and resolve all the incoming queries received through swifts & emails from clients, branches and external banks. Subject matter expert in handling critical queries like Unable to Apply (UTA), Recall Request, Kick back of funds, Late payment claims, Back valuation,Nostro Reconciliations etc., Publish daily MIS reports like Accounting Accuracy, Quality Accuracy & Productivity Report on daily basis.
