-Worked with the real estate investment company on the thesis topic, "The determinants of Service charges in the residential market” for price prediction, investment, and policy decision-making strategies. -Utilized R & Python and applied regression, ARIMA, clustering, and Random Forest on Munich’s data. -Created an interactive Python app to predict rent & service cost by pointing on Munich’s map -Applied econometrics to assess salary hikes from rising rents for middle- and lower-class people.

-Independently developed a robust cloud-based architecture to automate and optimize the data extraction and reporting pipeline to assess outsourced company’s performance. -Python and SQL data mining using API and ETL for scheduled quality reports. -Eliminated hours of repetitive manual effort of the team with hourly refreshing automatic reports. -Designed data visualization in Tableau and long-term support.

Role: Project Management -Worked in India’s largest road & tunnel project (MCRP-IV) in the site planning and management team. -Forecasted and analysed labour and machinery needs for commissioning and decommissioning purposes. -Collected and analysed data on monthly project progress, costs, and resources, -Contractor billing worth $15M, stakeholder management, ensured design compliance, and generated reports for stakeholders to track and review project status.
