Interpreted PFDs and P&IDs for a 500 kW H₂ generation system via steam reforming. Modeled and validated components in GT-SUITE, including reactors with kinetics and heat transfer, heat exchangers, and piping networks from 3D CAD using Python/GEM3D. Developed control sequences for startup, load run, and shutdown using state machines and cause-effect matrices. Created Python tools for 1D model automation and GUI apps for data visualization and Excel export.

Developed a multi-physics fuel cell system model with Balance of Plant (BoP) in MATLAB/Simulink using Simscape. Modeled components using supplier data and calibrated them with measurement data. Built an equation-based fuel cell stack model and performed optimization. Developed and implemented control strategies based on simulation results to enhance system efficiency and reliability.
