Consultant for Deutsche Bank for CA Clarity PPM v13.1, v13.2, v14.1 - Provided support and enhancements for their Production environment. - Monitored production server’s health using Geneos Active Console. - Documented and created analytical reports. - Optimized scheduled jobs based on reports. - Assisted the training of new members who joined the project. - Worked on JasperSoft reporting tool used for BI which is integrated with clarity.
