- Initiated a work breakdown structure (WBS) for the project, communicated the plan to the other 3 team members, delivered over 20 innovative and affordable educational solutions for clients in rural India - Conducted industry / market research, competitive landscape assessment and due diligence to assist the CEO to design strategy for growing the firm

- Consolidated geo-database for 2010 Census publication of the New York State using SAS - Conducted geospatial analysis on migration within New York State using SAS and ArcGIS

- Established a Foreclosure Geographical Information System for New York and northern New Jersey - Conducted statistical analysis for foreclosures and delinquency on loan performance data using SAS, visualized results for Fact Sheets on subprime mortgage in foreclosure process
