S.celal Karakaş

I was working in Klora Gres ve Yağ A.Ş as the Production Manager. My major duties are check out production & maintance and Logistic departments, cost reductions, increasing production efficiency. I have also started some actions like decreasing of stock level , 5S so far.

I have been working in Hanil CF for over 3 years as a plant manager. We are producing foam pads, headrests and armrests for Ford and Hyundai cars. I am responsible for all departments( logistic, production, maintenance, Human Resources, Finance) in the plant. Some of my major duties are cost reduction, increasing production efficiency, customer care, checking daily reports. I manage over 70 people in the plant and also represent the company in official situations. I've adopted automation system to main line

I have been worked for a joint venture company of Teknik Malzeme-Faurecia as a Foam Production chief. I have been managed 61 people and 3 production lines (hot cure,cold cure and in-situ line). I have also attended 6-sigma green belt trainings. I've made studies decreasing of in-situ scrap ratio.

I was head of Nitric acid Units and managed over 40 workers.
