Designing, building, and putting machine-learning products into production. This work is often end-to-end, beginning with brainstorming with business stakeholders and conducting data exploration. It includes model design, training, and feature engineering that draws on in-depth business knowledge. The work does not stop with deployment, but also includes maintaining models (retraining and monitoring) to ensure that they continue to offer value in a business context.

Designed, conducted, and reported on statistical analyses of the system effectiveness and user acceptance of prototype collision-avoidance systems. These analyses utilized field tests, crash databases, simulator studies, focus groups, and surveys.

Taught research and persuasive writing and mentored three students through final six-month projects

Managed a committee of 19 and represented graduate students at college governance meetings; Negotiated student rents on behalf of 270 students, resulting in a below-average increase
