Be responsible for following up all Covanta invested WTE projects in Asia Pacific region; Conduct review of preliminary engineering, detail engineering, equipment procurement specification and other related engineering documentation; Develop cost model, mass & energy balance model, waste blend model and other technology related models; Review the key technical parameters of project financial performa & Responsible for technical due diligence of potential merge & acquisition projects;

Established technical department, lead the technical team and R&D team & Fostered the local technical team and manage the oversea training course; Executed over 20 FGD projects across China (plant capacity ranging from 50MW to 600MW) with work scope of process engineering, key components procurement and plant commissioning; Manage company’s affairs related to technical proposal, contract execution, after sale service; Established the R&D team to carry out research by using CFD modeling tools;
