Processing B2B buyer inquiries: Reviewing and quality assurance of incoming inquiries • Research and contact mediation: Identifying relevant suppliers for buyer inquiries • Data collection and analysis • Process optimization: Application and optimization of AI tools to increase efficiency in supplier research and selection • Interdisciplinary work: Collaboration with other teams, to jointly implement AI based solutions and user-centered improvements in request processing

•Support in the Head of Prototyping day-to-day business, such as the preparation and follow-up of meetings and reports, as well as administrative and organizational activities •Support of production and cost planning for different prototypes •Documentation and modeling of processes •Support in the strategic design of the Prototyping department •Support of aircraft mechanics in assembly tasks •Collaborate with other departments for knowledge management, event management and ensure a stable communication flow

• Support in setting up the ethics committee at the university • Student assistant to the Vice-Rector for sustainability • Support with the sustainability management

• Assistenz im Tagesgeschäft, Meetings und Einkauf • Zuteilung von Ressourcen und Waren als Disponent • Durchführung der Inventur • Pflege interner Daten durch MS Office (Excel)

• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der Kühlkette der Waren • Schichtdienst von 3-11:30Uhr oder 11:30-20:00Uhr
