In the early years I was involved purely in the A to Z operational tasks. After 7 years of operation I was promoted to become a BPM. This last position required me, along with the team, to write the requirements for a new software implementation the company intended to use globally, CargoWise One. The implementation has been a success and the tasks after that were KPIs, financial, local and global processes assessment to allow productivity and financial improvements.
