• Transpose complex business logic for the sales controlling department into productive solutions using ABAP classes, ABAP reports, customization tables, and BW objects according to the Layer Scalable Architecture of Data Warehouse (LSA) • Automate data flows using Automic UC4 Job Plans and BW Process Chains for 9 source systems, both SAP and non-SAP: msg Life Factory, MS SQL, IBM HOST • Collaborate with the migration team in order to produce correct results for 3 million migrated policies

• Designed and implemented personalized interfaces for non-SAP source systems integration (IBM HOST), as well as complex business logic in expert routines • Reduced spending by 400.000€ / year by canceling the contract with SAP after taking over the maintenance of over 100 function module based extractors • Implemented the interface between SAP BW and Business Objects Data Services using Open Hubs based on DSOs in order to export data from SAP BW to MS SQL Server • Developed migration reports

• Contributed to 3 roll out projects and performed general development, maintenance and support for various lines of business in the insurance industry: Life, Health, Auto, Properties & Casualties • Took part for 6 months in all the stages of the release upgrade of the SAP FS-PM module from version 5.1 to 5.3 • Defined, organized, and tracked work for the Scrum Team • Implemented ABAP code optimization for performance improvements after creating and analyzing performance traces

• Installed and configured Syclo add-on package in SAP • Installed Work Manager server and clients • Created new Mobile Data Objects to extend standard functionality • Configured and administered the Agentry framework • Designed and implemented graphical user interfaces for mobile devices running on Android • Solved synchronization problems between the local clients on the devices and the SAP system • Managed the security settings and domain administration for the application in Sybase Control Center
