I am conducting research concerning workplace psychopathy. The basis of my research is a newly developed Canadian psychopathy questionnaire. Unique about this instrument is that it is resistant to attempts to distort the outcome. This feature is very relevant as research has shown that applicants modify their answers in recruiting situations to increase their chances of getting selected.

I actively participated in and supported executive search mandates. Mainly for clients in the Financial Services, Healthcare, Global Industrial and Consumer Goods sectors.

During my internship with Kienbaum, I gained insights into advising customers across Germany regarding HR-related topics. I supported the Assessment Service Team in identifying talents and top performers to fill strategic key positions for customers in various industries.

In social and personality psychology. Conducted research on numerical risk communication with the help of graphical devices: - Assessed the status of each research field up to that time - Summarized the collected information in an unpublished article

Supported the care team on the locked acute psychiatric ward. Gained insights into the clinical psychological field to prepare for bachelor's studies.
