o Leading a group of 7 Engineers with following responsibilities:  Production planning from acquisition phase and lead into serial production  Development of production line concepts for display products in the automotive sector  Management of existing production lines according to automotive standards - Increasing the efficiency of production lines in serial production o Set new definitions for process data analysis o Identification of line operator work flow improvement potential

- Lead the display manufacturing process development: o Create the display manufacturing processing standards and guidelines o Maximize the yield and cost structure of the parts produced in display operations o Develop future manufacturing standards to ensure the execution of the product roadmap o Drive display manufacturing to industry 4.0 supply chain standards

- Technical project management and coordination with international cross functional team (US/MEX/EU) for successful and on-time execution o Providing PCB protection surface technologies in Automotive and Consumer Electronics o Feasibility analysis and evaluation of customer requirements for PCBA protection coatings o Development of technically and functionally solutions in account to economically aspects for PCBA protection coating applications

I am a diploma chemist. I studied chemistry at the Westfälischen-Wilhelms-University Münster from 2006 till 2013. During my education at the university, I was busied with the synthesis and developement of different polymers and polymer hybrid systems which contain ionic liquids. Furthermore the basics of business administration were included in the study. Additionally I was interested in medical engineering. Since 07/2013 I am employed at the Münster university and had started my PhD.
