As a Remediation Lead I am in charge of assuring the process flow in a Transition and Transformation Project within a Global Program with a cope of over 15'000 devices. I communicate with various stakeholders across Europe and North America on a daily basis to ensure stakeholder compliance within the project.

I have specialized in Recruiting IT Professionals across a variety of industries such as Banking, Financial Services, Telecommunication, Pharma, Industry, and FinTech start-ups. Using various strategies to find suitable candidates for our clients ranged from strong boolean search strings, LinkedIn, Xing, job portal databses, and our own database.

During my Sabatical, I decided to work for Opera Kitchen in the heart of Sydney. My responsibilities as a Head Waiter included, but were not limited to, the following: - Managed a team of 18-20 waiters (depending on shifts) - Organized the shift plan and made sure the waiters were teamed up to create a strong team. - Oversaw efficiency of service and streamlined any processes that were causing delays in delivery - Main point of contact for customer complaints

As a project coordinator I was in charge of planning a large variety of meetings and congresses/conventions across the globe. This included meeting clients, preparing Running Orders and Status Reports, Conference calls, and on-site management of the event and various stakeholders and suppliers.

I was head-hunted during my final Semester in University to join MCI as a Pharma Trainee upon graduation. I assisted the Project Coordinators in preparing crucial documents for the planning of global events and was able to attend several events as well. I was given my first event to run and attend on my own after my 4th Month and my promotion to Project Coordinator was "unofficially" announced after 8 months.
