- Support the senior sales representative in daily tasks such as environmental inspections, meetings, manage and update customer data - Working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, PipeDrive and Microsoft office 365 (creating presentations with PowerPoint, spreadsheets with Excel and Word reports) - Customer acquisition (cold calling) and selling products to existing customers via phone and email.

My tasks included all activities of the maintenance and repair of bicycles, as well as advising customers and the sales of bicycles and accessories.

As car mechatronic I was doing all the tasks related to maintenance and repair of various automobiles: - Maintenance and repairs on cars, brakes and chassis, steering systems, engine, gearbox and engine management components - Diagnosed and inspected vehicles, such as extraction and organization of data and maintenance of vehicles for road safety - Applying modern garage information - and communication systems, such as researching data and updating.
