* Led and managed a team of three researchers to develop a new product to diagnosis Tuberculosis (TK Medium); product development was a success, and the diagnostic tool is currently being used in a number of Turkish hospitals * Liaised and worked with scientific laboratories across the world to create a multinational scientific collaboration to perform further clinical trials on TK Medium

Cancer Biochemistry Team & Inflammation Team * Developed and established strategies for cloning and protein expression. These were used to establish in-house guidelines used in all future drug development * Trained and mentored other researchers on how to perform experiments, write reports and present findings enabling our team to deliver in a consistent manner
