On deputation by the UNDP to the Ministry of Finance, Department of Economic Affairs (Multi-lateral Relations), New Delhi, India. Negotiated with G20 nations and other emerging markets (BRICS, G24, ASEAN) on behalf of the government, formulating in-house country strategies, conducting analyses, liaising with other ministries and departments and bringing them on board.
