I am working as a Pricing & Sales Support Associate in OBSS which is the Atlassian’s platinum partner. I am in contact with the clients directly, I calculate the software’s prices and prepare proposals to clients. If there is a problem about processes and synchronization, I have to interfere and solve the problem so quickly because our clients are generally very big companies, and should not have trouble accessing their data. Also, I prepare sales report to the finance manager weekly.

From beginning to the end, I have managed the client’s expectation, by offering our services based on a price offer, taking the project and distributing the responsibilities to the marketing team and then following the whole operation until the finish while letting the customer know all the details on this period.

I learned about how corporate finance works for an industrial company along with hedging and forex calculations for metal & parity operations. I also experienced the letter of credit processes while using SAP for the company.
