Developed backend server modules receiving orthopedic video data, triggering reconstruction workflows and returning output files. Implemented automated image-quality gates in OpenCV and NumPy — blur detection and duplicate filtering — so unusable frames are rejected before reconstruction rather than after. Master's thesis on optimizing photogrammetric reconstruction through preprocessing of raw images. Defended May 2026.

Digital Twin project. Designed the relational schema for a new MS SQL Server database and migrated 1M+ records from SharePoint and Excel sources using Python workflows, including validation and reconciliation of inconsistent source data. Built a Django web application for the R&D team with role-based access — an admin portal for managing records and a read-only view for standard users — with Microsoft Entra ID authentication. Containerized with Docker and deployed through Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.

Python analysis of machine performance and downtime data from MES and SAP to improve MTTR and MTBF. Power BI and Tableau dashboards for production monitoring. Commissioning support for PLC-controlled tyre building machines.

Master's thesis: Optimizing Photogrammetric Reconstruction through Preprocessing of Raw Images Using Sharpness and Similarity Analysis (Python, OpenCV). Master's project: Stereo Vision for Part Localization, 12 ECTS. Coursework in image processing and machine learning.
