Lead, facilitate and co-ordinate the end to end delivery of highly complex projects/portfolio of ISBANK Turkey's projects which are related to data/datawarehouse/data governance/risk management/Cyber Security/payment systems.

Worked as an outsource Project Manager for Citibank Turkey’s Technology Department. Executed regulatory driven projects with multinational teams which are related to data/datawarehouse.

To define data quality rules for data quality scoring of multi data sources from different sectors. To test data quality scoring development results. Testing dashboards and reports using with tested data quality scores. Analyzing score differences and to propose necessary amendments. To develop data quality scores using with SPSS Clementine software and reporting calculated data quality scores.

Developed reports and dashboards using MicroStrategy software for the Obase customer projects below. Aras Kargo Project: Developed operational cargo reports. Eczacibasi Intema Project: Developed sales&sales partners reports using SAP BW cubes as a datasource. Eczacibasi Holding Company Project: Developed human resources performance management reports and dashboards. Eczacibasi ASKAYNAK Project: Analyzed reports and prepared ERD for the reports which will be developed.

Giving support to health insurance companies as a business intelligence consultant for their risk analysis via QlikView. Designed and developed a new user friendly risk analysis dashboard for health insurance companies with QlikView. Document preparation of health insurance provision system.

Restructuring and Modelling of TEB Datawarehouse, Analyzing, Modelling and Mapping current datawarehouse for the new datawarehouse. Conducted Source System Analysis of customers, addresses, financial analysis, rating, credit cards, application and risk monitoring data. Assisted in DW model customization using Power Designer. Developed Logical Mapping specifications using Excel. Analysing the Bank’s reports, modelling new datamarts and report development with Business Objects

Analyzed the bank’s individual credit cards portfolio risk; prepared daily, weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports on the risk for the top management, international headquarters and related departments.

Contributed to developing the first consumer finance web portal in Turkey. Had multiple responsibilities in multi-national startup working environment from initial to go-live. Led& Managed operation team. Took responsibility for forming consumer loans, auto loans, mortgage and credit cards sections on www.finzoom.com.tr and explained to the Bulgaria IT Team what needed to be developed. Tested the development and signed-off. Managed www.finzoom.com.tr site & relations of media and banks.

Prepared brochures about the ABIGEM to inform the SMEs that what kind of support they can get from ABIGEM. Developed questionnaire forms in order to find out SMEs’ requirements. Evaluated and reported results of questionnaires. Represented EU project at “Marketingist Fair“ in Istanbul.
