I am responsible for taking orders from dealers who sell the materials produced in the facility, tracking product stocks and outputs, creating work orders for production, warehouse and CNC units, controlling the shipment status of orders, tracking customer satisfaction after delivery, working to increase the continuous purchases of existing customers, preparing campaign mailings for the addition of new customers to the portfolio, preparing sales reports on product basisand turnover basis.
