- Define project requirements, resources and timeline. - Planning and implementation of the projects within the approved timeline and budget. - Manage day-to-day progress of project(s) and scope - Managing the internal / external / subcontractor resources within the project - Report and escalate to management as needed - Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques - Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques

- Project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, and closing. - Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress - Planning and implementation of the projects within the approved timeline and budget. - Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects - Responsible for tracking performance against commitments, metrics and KPIs, to ensure there are no delays in critical work-streams.
