I have worked as a production unit leader in Suspension Shop which consists of 2 production units (Mine was the assembly unit, the other one produces suspension components). I was responsible of a Blue Collar team of 90 operators, productivity, quality tracking & improvement; world class manufacturing and spare part production management. I was reporting to Production Administrator. 10+ White Collars, 200+ Blue Collars.
