Responsible for all planning and cost control activities of Turkmenbashy 70MW Simple Cycle Gas Turbine Project. • Setup of the project baseline schedule, resource assignments, manhour histograms, s-curves, • Setup of EPC progress measurement system via daily & weekly reports, • Setup of the project opening budget and cash flow reports based on company cost control codes & procedures.

- SOCAR Aliaga Oil Storage Terminal Expansion EPCm Project (335.000 m3 additional capacity, New Truck Loading Bay, New Substation Building and Administration Building, interconnecting piping), - Tupras, CCR Unit Revamp Engineering Project (Revamp project expand the CCR platforming unit’s capacity by 40.6%) , - Tupras, Coker Unit CFD Installation Engineering Project,

- PMC Project Control Engineer - MIDOR Refinery Expansion Project - Rome, Italy - Expansion and modernization of existing complex near Alexandria, Egypt including delivery of new units; a Crude Distillation Unit, a Vacuum Distillation Unit, a hydrogen production facility. - Planning Engineer - Inovyn/Ineos, Sky Blue Project - Milan, Italy - EPC scope of membrane cellroom construction for the production of chlorine and caustic soda in Cologne, Germany. (Project cancelled by Client decision in EP Phase)

• Libya Awbari Power Plant Project schedule and cost control , report analysis and updates, enabling technical document flow and its reporting regularly. • Sinop & Akkuyu Nuclear Plant Projects tender process, offer revision updating boqs, price and manhour, adapting tender documents to scope changes, cost and workmanship distribution analysis, close work to the departments and board members to finalize the offer.

4 Superstructure projects with a total built up area of 750.000 m2; •ERP system implementation, •Leading to develop a task management app for company professionals, a document tracking system to optimize process between worksites and headquarter •Preparation of baseline and weekly update of schedules having over 20000 activities •Cost management and reporting of Project budget and budget revisions on Microsoft Power BI, •Regular site visits to all projects for on-site monitoring and controlling
