My primary focus was Guest Connect project. Besides it I was analysing and estimating other projects, participated in interviews, mentored junior developers.

Working in a large company with thousands of employees is a great opportunity to learn new things. I was able to learn corporate standards of security, quality and development.

It was an interesting challenge for me to be a team leader. I was responsible for recruitment process, interviewing, mentoring of younger specialists. Also establishing a working process and introducing a modern ways of project development and management.

Main advantage of working in this company was my professional and technical growth. Particularly in distributed design systems.

Leading the development of middle scale application from start to end. Coordinating small team of developers. Mentoring younger developers.

Support and maintenance of existing project on Java platform. Communication with foreign manager to fulfill the wishes of the customer.

Introduction of the principles and generally accepted norms in developing and supporting software. Further project development and optimization of existing code.

Create complex enterprise level web applications on the Java platform using modern technologies in the spirit of Web 2.0.
