Sergey Dmitriev

I am primarily responsible for legal support of Proxima's transactional and private equity activities. I lead M&A, joint venture and restructuring projects, prepare and negotiate transactional documents and legal documents for private equity funds. I also work on deals with non-performing loans (NPL), provide legal "back-office” and commercial legal support and deal with compliance and regulatory matters.

Executed strategic investments in IT and telecom companies (related to sectors including cloud services, data centers, micro-chips production, systems integrators, wireless technologies, crypto technologies) for NVision and its minority shareholders.

Advised clients (in the petrochemical, IT, manufacturing, finance and retail industries) on almost 30 M&A, joint venture, commercial and corporate finance transactions.

Advised clients (in energy, transportation and manufacturing industries) on a range of M&A, joint venture, debt restructuring, commercial and corporate finance transactions.

Advised clients (in financial, energy, pharmaceutical and manufacturing industries) on more than 25 M&A, joint ventures, restructuring, commercial and corporate finance transactions. Secondments to client Siemens and Düsseldorf office of Clifford Chance.

Experience includes M&A transactions and joint ventures, PPP projects in Europe, preparation of commercial agreements and legal researches.
