Responsible for all marketing, product management and pre-sales activities for the following product portfolio: •Convergent on-line charging platform; •Multiple value added services including Voice/Fax Mail System (VFM), Virtual PBX, Interactive Voice Response Systems (IVR), Prepaid Card Calling etc.; •Mobile commerce system.

Responsible for architecture specification and implementation management of: • On-line charging latform MEDIO IN/OCS, installed in 11 locations with total capacity more than 20 mln. subscribers; • REMIO OCS, fully-convergent charging and service delivery platform, deployed Callax Telecom Holding, Germany; • Prepaid Card Calling system, installed in: CEZnet Czech Republic, WTN Switzerland, T3 Telecom Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Define the architectural concept and supervise the development of: •High-profitable services for 01058/Callax Telecom Holding, Germany (R-TALK, Penny Phone etc); •Service Creation Environment (SCEP) for IN-platform (SCP); •Value Added Services based on INAP-R specification, installed in Centre of the Information Resources and Systems of Moscow City Telephone Network (MGTS), Russia. •Self-care services based on IVR, installed in MTS Russia (8 sites); MTS Belarus.

•Member of the team responsible for continuing development of Operational and Maintenance subsystem for MEDIO-IN Digital Switching System; •Lead the development of service layer software of MEDIO IN platform. Manage the external development teams.

Leader of development team responsible for implementation of complex systems for modernization of legacy telecom systems, including cross-platform software migration, development of embedded software: •Call’s Duration Metering System, installed under the terms of contact with largest Ukrainian fixed operator UkrTelecom in 14 regions on subscribers’ base of more than 2 millions; •System of Subscriber Register Units, operates in large regional centers of Ukraine.

Leader of software development team in network system, databases, educational applications, embedded software: •Net-MS operation system, created under contracts with Ministry of the Education, best seller in 1990-1992, installed in more than 1,000 educational institutions; •Embedded software and applications development and programming for the system of the spectral analysis of the casts in foundry industry.

•Maintenance, enhancement and development of mainframe applications for database processing in business analysis, manufacturing management. •Development and coding embedded multitasking operational system for first generations of Intel microprocessors.

Prepared the thesis in area of the theory of the design of the complex systems. The major sphere of investigations: multi-criteria optimization algorithms, multi-objective decision-making and fuzzy choice with application to statistical radiolocation.

Specialization: Numerical methods of mathematical physics. Graduated with honors.
