• Monthly performance analysis Budget vs. Actual and PY; • Preparation of analytical calculations and reports; • Budget and rolling forecasting; • Monthly closing; • Control DME & OPEX expenditures; • Participation in financial monthly closings;

• Monthly Income Statement analysis; • Quarterly Balance sheet analysis; • Act/Plan analysis; • Transformation of the reporting from RAS to IFRS; • Charge of the reserves;

• Preparation RAS to IFRS transformation; • Calculating reserves; • Preparation of consolidated financial statements under IFRS; • Interaction with KPMG auditors;

• Preparing financial statements in accordance with IFRS; • Financial analyses of the entity production activity and financial results;
