1. Managed implementation team for restructuring project for a global financial services company (Russian subsidiary); project scope included MIS reporting, shared services center, regional network optimization, development of implementation plan and communication plan. 2. Coordinated restructuring of Russian division of global travel company; set up PMO and led business process mapping and redefinition; organized the implementation according to the current company situation and business model change.

• Developed business strategy working together with a Big Four consulting company and shareholders of the bank • Implemented bank-wide MIS and budgeting system. Coordinated the activities of Finance Department and Accounting and Reporting Department • Initiated profitability analysis of the regional branch network and subsequent optimisation of the network • Managed the bank’s investment into MIGOM money transfer system. MIGOM EBITDA increased by 55% (2008 compared to 2007)

Led the process of selling the bank to a strategic investor, working closely together with major private shareholder of the bank. Responsible for building relationships with major international financial services groups to allow DeltaBank to become one of the leading retail banks in Russia.

Led the liquidation process of the bank as it became insolvent due to Russian 1998 financial crisis • Negotiated with major creditors and debtors, including Russian government • Achieved the full repayment of private individuals’ balances in cash by June 1999 • Maintained appropriate personnel morale after bank workforce reduction from 1000 to 150 employees within 3-month period. • Sold bank branch network to a Western European bank expanding in Russia
