As Technical Lead I was responsible for managing applications development process and requirements, worked closely with clients to define goals, project milestones and implementation plan based on requirements. Plan and estimate project and functionality with intention to minimize risks and costs, manage human resources, technologies roadmap. Successfully completed 20 mobile projects.

Developed application for backup and restore Outlook mail and accounts to MobileWipe server. Found and fixed several vulnerabilities in MobileWipe protocol. In collaboration with other server developers developed scalable, efficient and secure protocol. Had found and fixed many bugs that improved system stability. Great experience working in team of 40 developers in project that involved all mobile platforms.

Designed and developed SlipStream system network protocols: DHCP, network logger via SysLog, etc. Architected application logger components and documented solutions via UML.

Led team that developed UI framework for in-company game engine. Responsible for planification and estimation of tasks and versions. Created consistent UML technical documentation of engine parts that my team was responsible for. Organized code reviews and sharing knowledge sessions within the team to improve its productivity

As a junior developer I worked on optimizing application’s database of templates, layouts and decorators. Applied Object Oriented knowledge to refactor application parts for more scalable solutions. Profiled/optimized code and searched for bottlenecks, fixed multitasking issues. Implemented additional tools to manage application resources, added unit test framework
