Covering the systems while the staff was on strike. Taking care of DB2 and RACF issues, failing MICS/SAS batch reports initiated through OPC.

Working on the auditing requirements for the French office database. Two weeks at the French head office collecting documentation and fulfilling part of the Auditor’s requests. Working for the Service Management Manager of the UK IT Risk Office as member of the team Application Control Access Improvement project, I cover the mainframe part of the investigation regarding RACF, CICS and DB2 resources accesses.
