• Responsible for the slipway No:1 for new vessel constructions. • Managing 200 sub-constructor employees on the project. • Completed 3 pieces of 4.000 DWT timber career vessel constructions • Planning pre-contruction of panels, construction of sections of the vessel on site, assembling of sections on the slipway. • Coordination of workshop fabrication, welding procedures, quality control. • Final acceptance of the vessels to ship owner representatives and Russian Lloyd surveyors.
