Responsibilities: • Supporting our Professional and Premiere Class Customers from German speaking Countries (Germany, Switzerland, Aus-tria) but not only (also English speaking customers when volumes required it) • Providing solutions for Break/Fix (Troubleshooting) and Advi-sory Type (Consulting) Incidents • Mentoring Peers and Interns • Specialization: Active Directory, Exchange

Responsibilities: • Internet and e-Commerce activities involving e-mail marketing to various HP product catalogue subscribers in all EMEA and Africa countries. • Working together with content specialists to provide best possible email experience for all localizations of an e-marketing campaign. • Various reporting activities indicating the success rate of the campaigns. • Processing customer databases to be able to send useful content to all subscribers. • Working closely with BUs from other countries

Responsibilities: • Installation/maintenance and configuration of various integrated security solutions provided by the company at clients locations. • Proposing personalized IT hardware solutions for personalized customer requests (especially integrated video surveillance with access control and fire and burglar alarms systems) • Providing on site client technical support • Maintaining and improving the company’s local IT infrastructure

Responsibilities: • Creating and maintaining databases containing various practical information about the cars and drivers in the transport department. • Performing various reporting activities to indicate the achieved efficiency and goals • Maintaining the local IT infrastructure (small LAN, individual software applications).
