As a Mechanical Maintenance Chief of Rubber Preparation Machines such as Banbury Mixer, Extruders, Organizing and following the Planned Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance of These Machines and taking action for results are among my duties. In addition, it is among my duties to provide coordination with project companies, to prepare technical specifications and to manage the purchasing process within the framework of the budget given to my team.

I Was Responsible For Mechanical Maintenence Of All Hydraulic&Pneumatic Devices, lines and systems. Hydraulic pumps, valves, pistons and lines maintenance jobs are making by my team. Centrifugal pumps, diaphragm pumps etc. maintenance jobs are also on our responsibilities. Hydraulic and pneumatic filters changing, cleaning and following jobs are also maintain by my team. Furthermore, all revisions on pipes are supervising by me.
